Born and raised in Thailand, Chef Gawinwiz "Uno" Peerasaksophon brings a wealth of culinary expertise shaped across leading kitchens, including his time as Sous Chef at Finolhu Baa Atoll in the Maldives. With a strong foundation in Western cuisine from Dusit Thani Hotel School and extensive experience in menu creation, food consulting, and kitchen leadership. Chef Uno has mastered everything from menu innovation and recipe creation to kitchen leadership, food consulting, and high-level quality control. Known for transforming premium ingredients into stylish, contemporary dishes, he delivers cuisine that is bold, elegant, and irresistibly memorable for guests in Thailand and beyond.
